I need to cancel my subscription right away, without waiting for the next billing cycle

I need to cancel my subscription right away, without waiting for the next billing cycle. Tried calling apple, but impossible to get in touch with a human. Anyone knows how to do it? I need to upgrade my subscription with Lightroom and they don't allow it until this one stops.
