Quickbooks Online Connect

can I connect my Apple Card account to Quickbooks Online? (it's also called "sync") would like this option so that I don't have to manually enter transactions in my bookkeeping

The Apple Card currently has no option to connect to any financial app or service except as described in Download or export your Apple Card statements and transactions - Apple Support

You may want to provide feedback to Apple to provide the option. If so, go to Feedback - Apple Pay - Apple and select Apple Card in the Product Category.
