iCloud+ and signing out of your iCloud?
If I sign out of my iCloud on this device where I have icloud Can I sign back in and still have the same data storage? I just want to be sure so that I’m not like messing up my plan

Yes. iCloud+ storage is tied to your Apple ID, not to any device.
