I am assuming that you are using the Safari app for a browser. The instructions below apply to iOS version 12 or higher.

Open Safari ➡️ Tap on the Tap On the Two Overlapping Squares (Bottom Right) ➡️ Tap on the tabs icon (Bottom Center) ➡️ Uncheck Private
