iPhone flashlight randomly turns on while phone in use

I’ve been having this weird issue ever since I got my 13 pro max. When I’m using the phone to send text messages or watching videos, playing games, etc. the flashlight will randomly turn itself on sometimes. I don’t even have to be touching the screen for it to happen. It never turns itself on in my pocket or with the screen locked (thankfully), but only when the screen is unlocked.
