Difference between models

What is the difference between AirPods Pro MLWK3TU/A and AirPods Pro MWP22TU/A models? There is a huge price difference in my country. Is it worth buying for MLWK3TU/A?

the difference is that one has a regular charging case, and the other has MagSafe.

Those are different components of the same package, and intended to be sold together except when replacing lost items.
