I bought iCloud storage twice by mistake on same day
How can I cancel my iCloud storage? I bought it twice on the same day on accident.

That's not possible unless you bought it on different Apple IDs. In which case you would need to downgrade one on the same way you upgraded it. Link-> link-> Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
Once bought, the storage is not purchasable again as its already selected in the upgrade screen. You would have needed to select a greater storage capacity and it would have been upgraded to that, which makes it a different storage option.
You can go back and select a lower tier of storage and then request a refund from Apple for the higher tier if that's what you did.
Otherwise, there's no real way to buy it twice.
