I didn't replace my battery but xsmax is say unable to charge battery because it's none genuine

That would usually show up if the device has a non original battery that you may have gotten replaced from a third party. Your best bet is to schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar by clicking here. Or by taking a look at the About Genuine iPhone Batteries article by Apple Support.

If it is genuine (even original) then there's the possibility that some sort of glitch where the electronics on the battery lost contact and needs to be reset. You might be able to bring it in to Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to get the message reset.
However, it should still charge.
