Is there anyway to get text that have been deleted

If you are using iCloud Messages, no. Once deleted, it is deleted from the cloud and all corresponding devices your Apple ID is signed into. If you were NOT using iCloud messages, then it would be part of the standard backup your device does, however, the only way to retrieve it would be to erase all content and settings from your device and restore from a backup when the message thread was still on your device. Keep in mind this would revert EVERYTHING on your device to the time the last backup was made, losing content that had since been added.
