Creepy Breathing Interference Through Bluetooth Speakers

This is a repost of emily2329's question posted September 13, 2020. It has since been closed with no replies, but over 100 people said they've experienced the same thing and I, too, am experiencing interference on a Bluetooth connection on Android (between my smart phone and my Bluetooth headband/speakers). I do not live near a military base or airport.

We need all the help we can get. Please answer with any insight you may have.

Today, I was taking some photos and videos on Photobooth as I had my Bluetooth speaker connected to my MacBook Air, when all of a sudden as soon as I pressed record for a video, some interruption happened to the speaker and all I heard was a distinct sound of a man breathing, and some background noise of a television as well as sounds of an engine or car or plane. It seriously creeped me out. It was unmistakably a man breathing, it had irregular cadence and distinct breath-in and breath-out sounds, and the background noise was very clearly some sort of car or plane flying overhead. It could not have been noise from the computer's fan, or anything other than a frequency interruption.

I really know next to nothing about this sort of the thing. A part of me is terrified my laptop has been hacked by some creepy guy and he's watching me through the computer lens, but I wanted to post this on here in case someone more versed in tech could help explain this.

My speaker is XINGDOZ Bluetooth Speaker for PC, here is the link on Amazon for more product details: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Soundbar-Wireless-Bluetooth-Computer-Smartphone/dp/B07S32N1LX. My laptop is the MacBook Air 13-inch, 2017 model.

I live relatively close to an army base (around 60km), if that means anything. I read another entry where someone stated they would get interference on their wireless headphones because of an army base nearby. Otherwise, I am not in a big city or surrounded by many people. Please let me know if there is an explanation for this that won't scare me to death!! In the meantime, I'm going to keep my bluetooth speaker disconnected from my computer and phone.
