In Store Shopping

How can I book an appointment in store? As soon as I click on a store to book, it says "No Availability."

There is limited shopping in several locations due to pandemic.

In person? In the top margin of Genius retail page, banner says:


"We look forward to welcoming you to our stores. Whether you

shop in a store or shop online, our Specialists can help you buy

the products you love."


In-store has been limited by pandemic ask if exceptions may exist.

Further below Genius Bar page, is additional Apple Store content:

Shop and Learn


"Some of our stores are offering limited services. Before you visit,

please check your store’s services. You can also shop online and

get Specialist help, free delivery, and more."


Most of these have an online contingent.
