How to change my App Store email?
How do I change account email for apps? Every time I try and add an app it has old email account. When I sign in to Apple.com it has my correct email. My iPhone set up with correct email.

Go to Settings > [your name at the top] > Media & Purchases and make sure your Apple ID is correct.
