Why can’t I add Apple Cash as a payment method? and everytime I try to add it, it says this
If one of these work do not go to the next one.
I am trying to add it to my payment methods so I can use it for in game app purchases
It doesn’t say it’s restricted
Where are you located? Try going to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.

I did it but it still says Card not Added

How do I know if its restricted or not?
On your iPhone go to settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>Payment & shipping. Take a screenshot of that screen and post it but edit out personal information.
Open the Wallet app and tap on the Apple Cash card. It should say if it is restricted.
Thank you for the photo. Go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>Apple Cash - turn it off and back on.

When you turned on Apple Cash did you also add a bank account to it?
