Notes - What is the system default font?

When I copy a note to a word document it shows "AppleSystemUIFont"

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0

San Francisco (SF) is the system font on all Apple platforms; the SF Pro variant is the system font in macOS.

Notes -change default Font I'm still running High Sierra and I'm using Notes version 4.5 I'd like to change the deafult font that now is an awkward System Font. (By the way when I used El Capitan the defaul font wasn't the System Font) I can change the font for each single note of course, but I'd like to change the default font. I presume that this is possible in newer version of Notes, but what if I want to change the font while I'm still using High Sierra? TIA

font issue with Notes app on Windows When I open Notes on my Windows 10 PC, the number 5 displays incorrectly. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Screenshot: Thanks for any advice.

While highlighted notes, use CMD+t, does that do better or same? Cant test Monty at the moment.
