Notes - What is the system default font?
When I copy a note to a word document it shows "AppleSystemUIFont"

San Francisco (SF) is the system font on all Apple platforms; the SF Pro variant is the system font in macOS.

While highlighted notes, use CMD+t, does that do better or same? Cant test Monty at the moment.
