Odor from underside of Apple Watch

I often experience smelly cheese smell on the part of my wrist that makes contact with the underside of the watch. Any suggestions? I have to scrub the smell off my wrist with soapy water and I use lens wipes on the watch. It’s an embarrassing and horrible odor!
