Red exclamation mark on my Apple watch series 6

My watch was making an update and I unplugged it from charger then it wasn’t able to switch on again. The iOS is down and I got a red exclamation mark as shown. I contacted support they asked me to go to a service provider which they did nothing they told me that watch is broken and must be replaced by Apple. I went to five different service providers in 3 different countries and tgey all said the same thing watch must be replaced by Apple and it will be like immediate procesa in the store.

Since I am not a USA resident and I don’t have any Apple store in my country I wasn’t able to do this until I went to USA on a vacation and then I contacted the support they told me to go to store I went to the store they told me we don’t accept watches in stores anymore, you have to send it by mail to repair. After a very long conversations they finally decided to accept watch at genius bar and they will be responsible to send it to repair and send it back to a friend of mine address because I won’t be in USA till they send it back.

After less than one day I received an email saying “No trouble was found” Now I don’t understand if the watch is fixed or not Also it was supposed to be received on Monday and tracking the shipment shows nothing. I contacted support again after receiving this email they told me we can’t tell if watch is repaired or not you’ve to wait for it, then if problem is not solved you can send it back.

The case was opened since October 19th, 2021. I’ve been waiting for all this time to my watch to be fixed and when they receive it I got nothing as an answer.

I am really very disappointed by this way of support.

Sorry to hear about this poor level of support from Apple, I have never had a poor customer services experience from this company so completely shocked. Have you tried force restarting the device, you can do this by holding the Digital Crown and side button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Unfortunately I have never experienced this issue with an Apple Watch so I am unaware of some possible solutions to this issue, but I hope my previous solution can be of some help.

Yes, I never received this poor service from them. I bought one iphone 4s and after less than one month the touch wasn’t working I sent it here in Egypt to a company which was not a service provider and they sent me a new one.

That’s why I’m really shocked and very depressed. I expected immediate service as I was promised on phone and chat support.

And btw my friend received the watch but she is afraid to open the box to check it. It’s the same watch with the same serial number they didn’t replace it
