This will tell you about the computer and which operating system it is running.

iTunes can be downloaded from the iTunes support page. However, you did not state which computer you have, there are two possible answers:
Mac
iTunes was retired for Macintosh with the release of macOS 10.15 Catalina. It was replaced by Music, TV, and Podcasts. If you have Catalina or later use these applications instead of iTunes.
Older Mac systems can still make use of legacy versions of iTunes from here.
Windows
Windows users can continue to download a more up to date version of iTunes from here.
