Sound not working

My phone doesn’t have sound. I try listening to music and I can’t hear anything, even when I use headphones it’s silent. I don’t get any notifications and when I switch to silent mode it says “on” when it’s supposed to say “off” instead I cleaned the speakers and nothing works. I also have IOS 15.2

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
