i moved from US to Lithuania and now i have i problem, i cant add my Lithuanian bank credit card to apple icloud. Could you change country from US to Lithuania?
i cant do by self because its not possible to make zero balance.

Go here - iTunes - Official Apple Support at the bottom select "get support" and then choose Apple ID. Next choose from the list of options. If you do not see the exact option select the one that is the closest match. Ask them to zero the balance.
