Gen MD5 hash between Shortcuts app and terminals are different

This is my first time to raise a question here, please accept my sorry if provide not enough information.

As title mentioned, I try to create a shortcut to compare download file and hash value listed in website in shortcuts app, and the shortcut created already, then I conducted some test on this shortcut.

some files are had same hash (mainly in MD5) generated from Terminal (~ % md5 balabala....) and the Shortcut app.

but some file with different hash value generated by shortcuts app and terminals
