You have to contact Apple Support directly to resolve that problem, because we can't access any information about your account.
You can check if there are any subscriptions activated under Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.
Please, contact Support again. You'll probably will talk with another person and they probably will be helpful. Download Apple Support app from the App Store so you can chat with them.
