I have a new iPhone 11 and Apple watch 7. The health data syncs fine between the watch and the phone and the phone iCloud storage tells me my health data has synced to iCloud but the data isn't showing up in iCloud. Everything else (contacts, photos, messages, etc) is show up but not the health data.
What should I do?

It sounds like you have a concern with iCloud health data appearing for you.
Have you check to see the amount of available storage you have in iCloud? Take a look under “iCloud storage” here: What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? - Apple Support. This will help you check the storage and make any adjustments as necessary.
