How to change the font size of the Subtitel in finalcut- any idea?

You can't change the font size or font for captions (closed captions).
It's the nature of those that font and font size is defined on fly by the device which is used to display them.
Bur you can use open captions which are burned in. In FCP you have to convert the CC into titles.
My X-Title Extractor is a popular tool for that.
