Hub to connect to two external monitors

Hi all,

I am currently using two external monitors connected by USB-C cables to my MacBook Pro 2017. I was wondering whether there exists some sort of hub which would connect to my MacBook via a single USB-C, and then output to my two monitors. Both of these monitors would need to act as one extended desktop, rather than one mirroring the other or mirroring what is on my built-in MacBook display (the MacBook is closed in any event).

You can use a dock, such as a CalDigit TS3 Plus Dock - Apple.
