No 100 GB iCloud Plan?

Most other major cloud storage providers have a 100 GB plan. Why does Apple have to finagle anything and everything to make every little dollar? A $1.99 100 GB option would be in the wheelhouse of most people to backup their phones and other data they may choose. It makes one jump from $12 per year to $36. Ripoffs!
