How to recover deleted notes?

Deleted notes may be in your recently deleted folder in notes. Or, they may be in the trash on whatever email account you had been using with notes. If not there, the notes are irrecoverable.
Your email will be in the trash on your email account. If not there, the email is likely irrecoverable.
