Hi Fruityquery,

We understand that you're unable to connect your iPhone 13 to your car stereo via Bluetooth. If you haven't already, check out the steps below from the following article, to see if those help: How to connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your car - Apple Support

"Connect using Bluetooth

  1. Restart your device.
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth, and turn off Bluetooth. Wait for about 5 seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on.
  3. Check the manual that came with your car for more information on how to pair with a Bluetooth device. Most cars require a phone setup on the car display.
  4. If you've connected multiple phones to your car stereo, try renaming your device: Go to Settings > General > About > Name, and type a new name. Then try connecting again.
  5. Update your device.
  6. Make sure that your stereo is using the latest firmware from the car manufacturer. Check your car's manual for more information.

If you still can't connect, contact Apple Support."

Best wishes to you.

Believe it or not - went to car specialists Halfords and recommended buy a booster for Bluetooth that would also allow via its own speaker incoming calls . Plus , allow Siri to access IPhone to make calls. !

fitted the device £40 cost …. drive off to find a quite spot to read up on instructions etc when … bingo ! My cars Bluetooth connects to my IPhone all on its own accord and we’re in business … back to normal dare I say ( best to whisper to avoid shock reversal ) so I’m a happy bunny and Halfords refunded my outlay as it’s all good news …. Wow how odd but lucky eh ?!
