Watch face won’t come on

I just bought the watch. What do I do when I hold the button down but it doesn’t come on?

I followed instructions but the watch face goes blank and can only be turned on by tapping I followed instructions to meet watch face on but it will only respond to a tap to bring it to life

Try charging it for a least an hour first.
