Downloads folder recovery

How can I recover the downloads folder if I deleted it and it is not in the trash anymore?

By definition, any items in that folder likely came to you via download.


Do not anguish over recovering what was there before.


Niel's advice to just download again exactly what you need is 'insanely great' advice.
