It appears that your Apple ID may be using Secondary Authentication which involves answering Security Questions or getting an email to your rescue email address. You have indicated you do not remember the security questions and do not have access to the rescue email. In this case, there are no other recovery options to recover your Apple ID as the Security Questions and the Rescue Email are the two recovery methods. Apple Support will not be able to help you recover your account.
I would suggest creating a new Apple ID at this time or attempt to answer your Security Questions again later on.
