Ios urls in email instead of images

Why do I no longer receive “buttons” in emails from senders, and instead, cumbersome urls? I have ios 15.0.2. Ipad mini 5th generation. It is particularly cumbersome in delivery notofications. Used to be fine. Is there some kind of setting? Thx.
