iTunes refund of purchased on Dating.com

Hi good morning,I requested for refund on this dating.com app amount of $148.98 but is still not refunded after 48 hours. But I receive this message is refunded, so I’m confused as I check on my bank account is still not refunded yet. Can u guys helps me on this please? As u know life is so difficult during the Covid situation, hopefully u guys can really helps me look into it. As I accidentally press a wrong amount of purchased. Your helps is much appreciated. Thank u

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for bank cards; the 48 hours is only for store credit. Click here for more information.

If the one used is no longer valid, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
