How to cancel pending purchases?
Like an in-app purchase? Those should happen immediately, but the payment may be pending (meaning it's waiting to clear but has already been authorized). You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
You cannot cancel a pending purchase.
What kind of pending purchase are you trying to cancel? For example, pending on your credit card really means the purchase is made, funds are just clearing. An order pending, may mean the same thing ... or, not.
Why not?
I had bought something for a game. And it duplicated the purchase. So now there's two pending purchases for it. Even though I currently own it.
I have done that already. But it has only done it for one, and won't let me do the other one. And it said I have to wait up to 48 hours for the refund. So I don't know.
