getting error code 4013

I got this issue on my iPhone xs max pro I got some water so I did was to put the iPhone in the rice for hours and later took the phone the technician he opened the iPhone and clean the dust later , try the restore and bingo it work . Sometimes by unplugging the speaker and reconnected can work , but sometimes it could be the mother board which sucks because this can cost 700 usd to fix it . I notice the new iOS 15. 2. 1 makes the apple devices go crazy it happened to me twice that I had to restore the phone . I am think of buying a new . I am not updating the new iOS on my iPad or my I watch this new iOS are design to kill the older devices.
