cant find apple card billing

try the following (if one step works do not proceed to the next one)

1. Go to settings>general>reset and reset all settings.
2. Go to settings>general>software update - make sure there are no updates available - if there are you need the latest iOS
3. Go to Wallet app>tap Apple Card>tap three dots in circle>transactions - turn off then back on
4. Force reboot your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support)
5. Go to settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>sign out then sign back in.
6. Erase your device and set it up as new.
