Hey Siri won’t read messages when iPhone is locked

Hey Siri no longer reads text messages when my iPhone13 iOS 15.1.1 is locked. It seems a lot of people are having this issue but no one was able to figure out why, but I finally did. Turn off “Attention Aware Feature” under Face ID & Passcode.
