Unable to update

Watch needs to update but won’t connect to the internet. Can’t skip or finish pairing. Error just says to connect to the internet try again or start over. The watch won’t pick up my phones data or any Wi-Fi.

This didn’t not help because it won’t pick up and internet (Wi-Fi or data) in order to make the update. So really it’s a internet problem not an update problem.
