Why Apple authorized a purchase from my checking account without my authorization?

Unauthorised App Store purchases I have had this happen before many times and had money refunded. However, I am wanting to know how this is occurring. The amounts are all low for example 7.00, 1.99 ect. They appear in a block of transactions of approximately 10. They all appear as authentic Apple Pay transactions. I don’t buy on the App Store so I know it’s not authentic. this issue has been going on for years now. I would like to know who else has had this issue and what the resolution was? I know it only occurs when I have my CC linked to my Apple ID.

Only you can authorize purchases. Review your purchases, subscriptions, and billing details at support.apple.com/billing.
