How do I reopen a case? I have the number, and the email says to click on it as a link, but clicking on it just leads to a generic series of choices as if I were starting from the beginning. I do not see any place where I can enter that case number.

The problem is the email from apple says “If you need to reopen this case, click the link below.


Case: xxxxxxxxxxx” and the case number is a link. When I do that, I get a generic page as if I were starting a new case from scratch. I had also tried the support app before. Neither process provides a way to reopen a case. However, I found that in the support app if I dug far enough I could message someone about my problem, and that person was very responsive and able to attach my message that I wanted to add to the case narrative. Inefficient, but it worked. But clicking on the link should just reopen the case.
