I got an update on my iphone XS 2 days ago. And since then my ear speaker is not working at all. I tried resetting all settings, also did a complete hard reset, still the ear speaker doesn't work.
Any suggestions or similar issues?
I am not sure if this is a hardware issue or a software issue as it happened right after completing the update.
Sometimes hardware on the brink of failure will fail during an update but that will not be covered by Apple unless the phone is under warranty

Yes, thank you for the reply. Suddenly the phone now started heating up after the update, i got a temperature warning. And now its completely dead. I'll visit the apple store soon.
