Missing folder in iCloud drive

If I go to the search function in finder and type in a certain file, it shows up in the finder window. I can see the path: icloud Drive>books>file. When I click on books I go to the iCloud drive but I cannot see this folder. If I right click on the file and click on show in enclosing folder, I do go to this books folder and can see all that is there. I can also open all the files. But the folder is nowhere to be found. iCloud.com doesn't show it, if I search in finder foor the folder books, it doesn't show. So where is it? Really weird. What am I missing here?
