BeatsX battery replace problem

purchased beatsX headset from turkey apple website purchased on 28/11/2017. After about 4 years, the battery is now 30 minutes. I called apple support in turkey to replace the battery. they also gave the number of apple service in antalya. When I called antalya apple services and asked, they said they could change the product, not the battery. however, the exchange fee they charge me is more expensive than the selling price of the new product. I bought headphones by trusting apple, now I don't know how to solve this problem. Is there anyone who can help me?
