Safari stops loading sites until reboot

Hi all, has anyone else encountered an issue with loading new sites on Safari? I can't seem to correlate it with anything - I can be logged in fine all day - Internet still working but then I can't load new sites in Safari. The only thing guaranteed to work is a reboot. Does anyone have any other tips on what to try or to help diagnose when it happens so I can get to the bottom of it?

TIA
