My wife's iphone says she has no storage left
I added my wife to icloud family , but her phone says she is out of storage. There is almost a terabyte of storage available. Not sure why she is not linked to the storage.

iCloud does not increase the storage capacity of the device and allow it to download more content. iCloud is meant as a backup and syncing service. You can have it save storage on your device by turning on features like iCloud Photo Library so that your photos are stored on the cloud and not locally to the device, but that requires the device to have some storage to begin with in order to buffer and push that information to the cloud.
