My apple TV app on my iphone is stuck on library and says there’s no video. This is my first time of using it

I’m trying to use the app for the first time, it’s stuck on library and says no videos, I cant seem to move from there

It may be that your iPhone is not internet connected, or the settings do currently not allow the app to connect online.

On Wi-Fi with internet connectivity, the Apple TV app should have regular unrestricted internet access.

On cellular internet connectivity, the Apple TV app may need a settings change to allow the use of cellular data. Settings﹥Cellular﹥[scroll down to] TV app﹥On.
