Speaker phone on iphone 13 keeps cutting out my voice

Would anyone know how to fix this everytime i talk to someone they say my voice cuts out every couple of secounds hard to make out what i am saying other person says my iphone 13 is only two weeks old

I regret making this expensive purchase.
