Can't turn off notifications

Upon updating to Monterrey, I was disappointed to see that my Do Not Disturb setting is now being linked through iCloud across all my devices. I previously had DND set to always on with both my macbook and mac mini, but now it’s spamming me with alerts unless I put do not disturb on across ALL my devices, including my phone.

How do I fix this?
