my photo's stopped downloading from iPhone

Thanks for getting back to us. Next, we'd like to have you do the following:

1. Ensure that you've updated both the iPhone and Mac to the latest software.
2. Connect the iPhone to power and a strong internet connection.
3. If you Use Low Data Mode on your iPhone and iPad, turn this feature off as it could pause iCloud Photos updates.
4. Confirm that you have enough space in iCloud for your photos to upload following Check your iCloud storage online or on any device
5. Also confirm that there is enough storage space for the photos on your Mac: Free up storage space on your Mac - Apple Support

After that, open the Photos app on your iPhone and go to the Library tab. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and check what it shows as the status for your Photos Library. This will be displayed right above where it says Years, Months, Days, All Photos. Let us know what you find.

1. How are you syncing the photos between the two devices? Using iCloud Photos, connecting the iPhone to your Mac and importing photos, or another method?
2. If you're connecting the iPhone to your Mac in order to import photos, what happens when you try?
3. If you're using iCloud Photos, do photos from the Mac appear on your iPhone or do photos from devices other than your iPhone appear on your Mac?
