Charged for Apple TV but I am not subscribed

I saw on my bank statement that I was charged for Apple TV and it was 4.99. I recently got a new iPhone 13 and it said that I have a free trial of Apple TV for 3 months. I never activated my free trial at all. Now three months later it’s charging me. I’m trying to find out how to cancel it. When I go to try and cancel it, it’s saying I’m not subscribed to anything let alone Apple TV. But my bank statement is showing otherwise. Even if I don’t get a refund, I just need to know how to cancel so that I don’t get charged in the future
