my order did not arrive

I ordered a charger and cable on the website apple.com. The status of the order was delivered, but I did not receive it. You gave the order through UBER, the track number was not sent to me.

product not delivered I ordered an iphone 14 on an express delivery from Apple website. Apple is showing that it is delivered but it is not. they are saying that it was sent trough Uber and they don't know why it s not delivered. can someone guild me how to get the items or a refund from apple.
